Takeaways for Leaders: Organizations that grow larger have a tendency to also grow slower. Why do organizations get slow and sluggish? 1. Lack of character. Leaders must be accountable to their own character. Lack of confidence. Don't be afraid of mistakes. Just don't make the same mistake and don't be afraid to celebrate mistakes and learn from them. Listen to part two next week!
