The amount of pressure you can handle as a leader is often based on your mental perspective. “Pain is a leader’s constant companion.” -Craig Groeschel Develop the person, not the position. You have to hand away trust in order to ever see something great. Leaders must be secure and confident in their calling in order to lead well.
